measure up .. grrrrr!

ok.. this is the part i dread.... dont really want to know what the scale and the tape measure says... reality bites but this needs to be done... really cant deny the fact that i have gained weight and this is the only way i can truly track my progress... here goes...

Arms = 13 inches
Chest = 37 inches
Waist = 30 inches
Hips = 39 inches
Thighs = 25 inches
Weight = 151 lbs

woah!!!!! really need to hit the gym.... gotta stay in track this time... i have 1 year and four months to lose 30 lbs.... I can do this!!!
